Querry Sir, My brother and me recently like to purchase land and decide to go by home loan but bank people told brothers not eligable for coapplicant then what we do

Not all banks/Financial Institutions accept brother as co-applicant as there are many legal complications in that. But you can visit DHFL, IDBI and ING Vysya banks for that or you can apply online for call backs.

If you want to make brother as co-applicant then banks do ask for making the registration on both names and other conditions to be fulfilled.
